I`m Sofia Colombini, I was born and raised in Sao Paulo, the biggest city in Brazil, and I`m a social events photographer. I`ve always liked to express my thoughts and feelings through images.
I grew up near cameras, watching my dad`s work with nature photography.
I have a photography degree at SENAC-SP college, in which I learnt about the history of photography, and many areas such as architecture, studio, still, and photojournalism.
I graduated in 2013, and in the following year I had the enormous privilege of doing a 5 months internship in Houston-TX, with two amazing American wedding photographers, Morgan Lynn and Amir Razi.
Returning to Brazil, I started photographing weddings, and in 2015, began a solo career.
Nowadays I photograph social events, such as baptisms, birthday parties and weddings, which allow me to capture precious moments through my point of view.
